Paper on bistability of microbial populations accepted!
Our paper “Rate of recovery from perturbations as a means to forecast future stability of living systems” (Amin Ghadami, Eleni Gourgou, Bogdan Epureanu) was accepted for publication in Scientific Reports! For a summary of the project, see here.

Next year’s Midwest C. elegans Meeting
Eleni and Scott Leiser are co-organizing next year’s 7th Annual Midwest C. elegans meeting, to be held on April 20, 2019. The meeting will be hosted for the first time at the University of Michigan. Hannah Seidel will be in charge of the poster session. We are very excited! Stay tuned!
Annual Geriatrics/Biogerontology Research Symposium
On May 8th, 2018, the University of Michigan Geriatrics Center Research Symposium is taking place at the Biomedical Sciences Research Building (BSRB). Eleni is presenting a poster on C. elegans learning and decision making, featuring work in collaboration with the Hsu lab.
2018 UROP Annual Spring Symposium
